      I just became a Loyal Freak a month and a half ago and STILL haven't gotten anything!!!!! I'm kinda ticked...but I know they are working on it. What can I say? Even a team of magicians have some faults. But to answer IXEN's question...I think you get a package if you are new...but I am not sure about the whole renewal process...sorry..hope it helped a bit :P ~~~Sierra
